In the forest, a plasma pea was walking between the trees at a casual pace towards her home.

This plasma pea had neon red eyes slightly illuminating her face. She had red and black spike tattoos under her eyes with slight scars on her cheeks. She was wearing a slightly torn jacket with a dried red substance on some corners, most likely blood. The peashooter however didn't seem to mind the blood stains.

The peashooter kept walking when she heard some bushes rustling. She snapped her neck towards the bush making the noise. It's leaves were slightly moving ,but eventually stopped. The peashooter kept staring at it, then looked around.

She had a feeling she was being watched. She felt slightly cold all of a sudden, oh wait they were chills running down her stem. The peashooter kept walking despite the sudden fear.

After a while of walking nothing was out of the ordinary. The peashooter however felt that the silence was out of place but didn't know exactly why.

Then.... she felt the crunch of metal and she screamed loudly. She fell down on her rump and held her pained root in agony. She looked at what in the Mega Flower's name happened to her root. A pair of metal jaws were enclosed painfully on her root making her bleed out, a bear trap. The pea began rapidly breathing to try and calm herself through the pain and fear.

"My new prey...." a voice called out.

The pea stilled like a statue then looked around." Who...is there?...."

The voices chuckled. "Your owner....".

The peashooter felt slightly scared, but then decided to try and be brave." Show yourself! Or are you a coward?!"

"My oh my....fiesty, not a bad a catch if I do say so myself." The voice chuckled again. Then some bushes moved out of the way. There came out the same sadistic citron. She smiled at the peashooter as if she was innocent.

"Nice to meet you, what would be your Name?" She asked the peashooter.

The pea remained silent for a bit, but eventually responded."...Sombra..."

"Well nice to meet you Sombra, you shall call me Sangre." The citron now know as Sangre answered back.

Sombra looked down at her trapped root. She grasped the two halves and tried to pry open it, flinching in pain from the movement. Sangre watched with slight interest. However the jaws were very strong and Sombra lets them go, and whined when the jaws closed over her root again painfully.

"You won't be getting out of that anytime soon..." Sangre reported smuggly. Sombra narrowed her eyes. She tried to pry it open again with all her strength. Sangre for some reason began to sing.

"I tried so hard, and got so far.~" She began.

The jaws closed back on Sombra's root, making her whine once again in pain. A few tears began forming on her eyes.

"But in the end, it didn't even matteeeeeeer!~" Sangre ended, laughing out loud at Sombra's struggles. She glared darkly at the laughing orange. Sangre spoke after she stopped laughing." Now then, time to come with me, let me get something first." Sangre waddled back towards the bushes.

The moment that Sangre turned her back on Sombra, she took out a knife from under her jacket. The knife was a kitchen knife, with bits of red dried blood...
Sombra began prying the jaws open again using the knife to do so, and seems to be succeeding easily than before. When the jaws where wide enough, she turned the knife so that the sharp side would hold the jaws open.

Sombra carefully took out her foot from the jaws smiling now that she is free from it. She got up onto her three healthy roots and waddled as far as she could away from the area, smirking that she got out of her trap.

Sangre came back, holding a needle with something inside and rope made of vines. When Sangre saw that Sombra was nowhere to be seen, she scowled. She walked up to the trap, seen the knife still embedded between the trap's teeth."Well played Sombra..."

Sangre then saw a trail of blood, but she felt rather bored. She ignored the blood stains wanting to catch rarer prey. She can find other plasma peas anyway, there are other plants much rarer than a plasma pea that she could catch.

Sombra was still limping, she was heading towards where the plant base is located. Sangre wouldn't risk going to a public place filled with many soldiers right? Sombra was still limping when she saw Mercy and her cactus body guard up ahead.

The sunflower and peashooter took the dead pea to base and into a body bag. A third peashooter was, this one was a fire peashooter, was recruited for the dead one's place. They began coming back to where Mercy and the cactus were. The cactus was still in her concentrated mode, still using her garlic drone to search around.

Sombra limped towards them. Mercy eventually saw the injured plasma pea, which made her eyes widened when she saw Sombra's bloodied and dripping root. She ran up to Sombra with concern." Ma'am! What happened to you?!"

Sombra was about to fall to the ground but Mercy quickly went up to her to prevent her fall. Sombra smiled thankfully at the pink orange, but frowned remembering her encounter with Sangre." There was this... three eyed Citron wanting to do something horrible to me..."

Mercy's eyes widened at that. "A three eyed citron? Did she have red eyes, fins on her head and scars on her body?" Which Sombra nodded when she finished the questions.

"Do you know where she went?" Mercy asked hopefully. Sombra pointed to where she came from. Mercy looked towards that direction, then turned to the cactus and told her to search for the citron in the direction that Sombra pointed to. The cactus nodded and went to full concentration on her garlic drone. The drone listen to the cactus and flew to where it was told to go.
